Congo-Kinshasa (Democratic Republic of Congo)

Democratic Republic of Congo (Congo-Kinshasa)... finally...

This cover is a complete mystery... there's a letter inside, it's french, i don't understand what it says. I thought Congo-Kinshasa does not have a working postal system.

Somalia – seems impossible because there is no working postal system in that country

The ff. stamp issuing entities are unrecognized states and does issue legitimate / genuine postage stamps for local use or probably for international mail (only if ignored, overlooked or slipped thru the postal system).

Abkhazia
South Ossetia

The newest nation; South Sudan had just celebrated it's 1st Independence. Till now, I don't have a cover from South Sudan.
