Côte d'Ivoire is in the news lately. The country is on the brink of civil war. I'm glad to have a cover from that country before something bad will happen to their postal system. Civil wars have paralyzed the economy, the people and also their postal system of many countries like Somalia, Liberia, probably Libya,etc... I am waiting for my cover from Libya,it's been months since the uprising but I haven't received it and have no contact with my friend in Libya.
